The Back To Black star, 27, flashed her cleavage in a plunging black dress which she wore with a cropped tuxedo blazer.
The actress also showed off her toned legs with a thigh high split and added inches to her frame with a pair of towering black platform heels. She also told of her fears that her future acting roles would be restricted to characters with the description 'she had this big scar on her neck' and how her diagnosis at the age of just 23 had changed her thoughts about her body. Marisa also stars in the HBO series Industry which follows a group of graduates trying to outdo each other in the cut-throat world of a City of London bank (pictured with Kit Harrington)
