Her birth announcement post was a hit with her followers, racking up over 20K likes and hundreds of comments from supportive fans praising Desiree. The 28-year-old bridal stylist and her mortgage banker beau got engaged on camera during the season nine finale in Antigua, which aired in August 2013.
