In court documents obtained by the outlet and In Touch , Pappas alleged Stagliano asked to smell her breath, suspicious she may have consumed alcohol.
Bachelorette alum DeAnna Pappas was reportedly arrested last month following a dispute with her ex-husband Stephen Stagliano and has since taken steps to receive a restraining order against him. On February 27, Pappas, 43, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge after an alleged argument with Stagliano at her home after he came to retrieve their daughter Addison, according to court documents obtained by In Touch and Us Weekly. Pappas said she walked Addison to Stagliano's car, but her ex asked she get closer to him so he could smell her breath, apparently suspicious she had consumed alcohol.
