In the wake of her ongoing divorce, Rachel Lindsay is regretting her decision not to get prenuptial agreement before getting married to Bryan Abasolo.
But by not taking the appropriate legal actions to protect her finances prior to getting married, the Dallas, Texas native, who's actually a lawyer herself, is now facing the possibility of paying her estranged husband spousal support as part of their ongoing divorce. In his divorce filing in January, Abasolo listed New Year's Eve as the date of his and Lindsay's official separation, for which he cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for their split.
