Baby Driver child star Hudson Meek dies at 16 after fall from moving vehicle

Hudson Meek, an actor who played the younger version of Ansel Elgort's character in 'Baby Driver' among various other credits, died at 16 after reportedly falling from a moving vehicle in Alabama.

The actor's death was reportedly due to blunt force injuries sustained "after falling to the road from a moving vehicle," Jefferson County Coroner Bill Yates told Alabama news site Al.com. His 16 years on this earth were far too short, but he accomplished so much and significantly impacted everyone he met," read a statement posted on his Instagram account on Saturday, also noting that a celebration of life ceremony would take place on Dec. 28.
