Amazon's 'After the Hunt' has set Ayo Edebiri to star opposite Julia Roberts and Andrew Garfield, with Luca Guadagnino directing.
Written by Nora Garrett, the film is an intense dramatic thriller about a college professor who finds herself at a personal and professional crossroads when a star pupil levels an accusation against one of her colleagues, and a dark secret from her own past threatens to come to light. One of today’s most in-demand actors, Edebiri is best known for starring opposite Jeremy Allen White in FX’s acclaimed comedy The Bear, which returns for its third season on June 27 and has already been renewed for a fourth. Coming up, she’ll also be seen in the sci-fi drama Omni Loop from 2AM and Killer Films, which world premiered at SXSW, and A24’s horror pic Opus.
