During Monday's show, technical glitches caused a hiccup when Adam couldn't hear Christine, leading to an awkward moment of him being seen yawning on live TV. Adam Peaty opened up on Good Morning Britain about the lingering aftereffects of Covid, revealing in a chat with Jonathan Swain that he's still battling with the consequences. Describing Adam as being in a "reflective" mood during the interview, Jonathan said: "He's telling me he's still got the effects of Covid, he can barely hear in one of his ears", while praising the swimmer's "remarkable" success despite these challenges.
