Awkward Mel Sykes MasterChef clip resurfaces after she said Gregg Wallace made her quit TV
Melanie Sykes appeared on Celebrity Masterchef in 2021 and she accused former host Gregg Wallace of making her give up on TV after his 'unprofessional' behaviour
"I am a classic cook," Mel confesses, feeling out of her comfort zone and explaining: "This is why this challenge is a bit difficult for me because I'm always a less is more type of person in every way and this is the absolute opposite, so it's against the grain." Despite Gregg's experience with celebrities on the show, Mel, who boasts 25 years in presenting, accused him of being "very unprofessional" and claimed he "barked orders at how we had to behave". The former Boddingtons model, known for her stints on Today with Des and Mel, The Big Breakfast, and The Great Pottery Throw Down, stepped back from mainstream TV in 2021.
