In a sad twist of fate, the former girlfriend of Avicii, has died aged 34 - just six years after the music world lost the Swedish DJ far too soon
Emily died from a pulmonary embolism on April 3 in La Jolla, California, having just last year had celebrated being "cancer free" in a moving post on social media. The 28-year-old's passing in 2018 was confirmed at the time in a statement by his publicist, and was soon followed by tributes from his famous friends, including fellow DJs like Calvin Harris, and Pete Tong, artists like Liam Payne, Dua Lipa and Charlie Puth.
