Australian Fitness Influencer Kayla Itsines Launches Podcast
Kayla Itsines has launched a Sweat Daily podcast featuring Jameela Jamil
Launching today, the podcast will each week cover a new wellness-related theme, ranging from fitness and nutrition to mindfulness and motivation, sleep and biohacking. Jamil wil feature as guest alongside the likes of Gabby Bernstein, Jessie Inchauspe, Flex Mami, Turia Pitt and Morgan Mitchell. Bertelsmann studio Storyglass launched around four years ago and has made podcasts such as The UFO Project, while tapping into well-known Bertelsmann-owned Fremantle IP such as Family Feud.
