Aussie Home Loans tycoon John Symond seeking $240million for his luxurious four-level Sydney mansion

It's one of the most extravagant notches of real estate on Sydney's famous harbour.

The ballroom known as the 'party floor', offers a unique arched ceiling with 6,200 acoustically engineered rods which frame the stunning view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Some of the world's most masterful chefs have worked in Wingadal's commercial kitchens, including Matt Moran, Guillaume Brahimi, Peter Doyle and Neil Perry.
