Aubrey Plaza Jokes Patti LuPone “Almost Killed” Her When She Was Sick While They Were Roommates
'Agatha All Along' actress Aubrey Plaza briefly lived with her Marvel costar Patti LuPone — and survived to tell the tale.
In a hilarious retelling on a recent episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers, Plaza recounted her time with the multi-Tony award winner, with whom she became “quick friends” and who helped encourage her to go out for a play (which she had not done before) when the two were roommates. When Joe asked if Plaza also wanted to get a dose of what LuPone uses to help her sleep, the Megalopolis actress agreed, to which the nurse hesitantly obliged. Adding further to the chaotic scene was a diamond-clad LuPone, who rushed to make Plaza a treat of English muffin with peanut butter, which she then proceeded to shovel into her mouth.
