Aubrey Plaza Injures Knee Playing Basketball During WNBA Weekend
'Parks and Recreation' star Aubrey Plaza suffered a nee injury playing basketball during WNBA weekend.
She was shown during Saturday’s ABC broadcast of the WNBA All-Star game with crutches and a huge ice wrap on her right knee. Play-by-play announcer Ryan Ruocco revealed that Plaza tore her ACL, which happened between the skills event and the actual game. On Friday, Plaza was featured on Megan Rapinoe and Sue Bird’s podcast, A Touch More, and talked about her first ACL tear during a women’s recreation league in Los Angeles.
