Aubrey Anderson-Emmons Is ‘Grateful’ for Modern Family, but Thinks Kids Should Skip Acting in Favor of 'Normal' Childhoods

Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, who played Lily Tucker-Pritchett on 'Modern Family,' said though she's "forever grateful" for the series, she thinks kids should have a "normal" life and not be actors.

The 17-year-old actress, who played Lily on Modern Family beginning in season 3 when she was 4 years old, sat down for a chat on the Thursday, Nov. 21, episode of Just Trish with Trisha Paytas. Paytas was surprised, noting that the actress and her mom are “so normal.” Anderson-Emmons explained, “ Modern Family has brought me so many blessings into my life, and I'm forever grateful. On Modern Family, Anderson-Emmons’ Lily was the daughter of Jesse Tyler Ferguson ’s Mitchell and Eric Stonestreet ’s Cameron.
