In February, conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair, 26, filed a petition for sole custody of her child with Elon Musk, 53, who shared 13 other children with three other women.

Ashley St. Clair opted to sell her Tesla just over a week after her legal team claimed Elon Musk"financially retaliated" against the son they share. Earlier this month, PEOPLE exclusively shared a statement from St. Clair's legal team regarding Musk's response to her filing a petition for sole custody with the New York Supreme Court in February. "I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child's privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause," the children's book author wrote.
