Ashley Cain has given fans a glimpse into the physical strain of his "extremely tough" Ultraman challenge in a gruesome video shared to his social media - without a trigger warning. Another gory clip showed a cream-coloured liquid seeping from another toe, as he revealed that his feet, stress fractures and "tears" were "getting a chance to heal" during the cycling part of his journey. Alongside the clips, Ashley, who recently welcomed a little boy, added: "Trying to grind out over 100 miles a day through all conditions with a completely exhausted mind and body is extremely tough and quite emotionally challenging.
