ASCAP Promotes Nicole George-Middleton to EVP & Head of Creative Membership
The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) has promoted Nicole George-Middleton to Executive Vice President & Head of Creative Membership.
Nicole George-Middleton has been promoted to executive vice president and head of creative membership at ASCAP, the organization announced Wednesday (April 23). In her elevated role, George-Middleton will oversee songwriter, lyricist, and composer relations, reporting directly to ASCAP CEO Elizabeth Matthews and joining the organization’s senior leadership team. “Nicole is an extraordinary executive with a passion for music and an expansive vision for how ASCAP can help our creator members thrive in an increasingly complex and challenging environment,” Matthews said in a statement.
