As I Lay Dying’s Tim Lambesis Responds to Bandmates’ Departure

Tim Lambesis, the frontman of hardcore band As I Lay Dying, released a statement responding to the departure of his bandmates.

In a statement posted to Instagram, Lambesis said he supports “each of the guys’ decisions to leave,” adding that he agrees that “at this time it is best for everyone.” After witnessing some concerning patterns of behavior, I’ve realized that I can no longer, in good conscience, enable further actions that could negatively affect anyone working within this space.” He added, “Over time, As I Lay Dying has been held back by dysfunction, and I feel that it’s no longer my responsibility to bear that burden.”
