Artem Chigvintsev shares his first Instagram post since his divorce from ex Nikki Bella, posting a sweet video of his son Matteo, 4.
In September, Garcia requested sole legal and physical custody of their son, allowing Chigvintsev visitation when she filed for divorce from her former partner after the dancer was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. She also requested the court terminate spousal support for both parties, per the Sept. 11 petition obtained by PEOPLE. Details of the settlement were unclear but "both parties decided to drop the domestic violence restraining orders against each other in an effort to move on with their lives and effectively co-parent their son," the rep said in a statement.
