Arsher Ali Joins Amazon Series ‘We Were Liars’ As Series Regular
Arsher Ali has been set as a series lead in 'We Were Liars,' Prime Video’s series adaptation of E. Lockhart’s YA novel of the same name
Ali joins the previously announced cast: Mamie Gummer as Carrie, Caitlin FitzGerald as Penny, Candice King as Bess and David Morse as Harris. Lockhart’s YA novel, published by Delacorte Press, an imprint of Random House Children’s Books, has sold nearly three million copies worldwide. Other TV credits include leading roles in Line of Duty(BBC), The Missing(BBC), Ackley Bridge(C4), Cold Courage(Viaplay), Informer(Prime Video/BBC) opposite Paddy Considine, The Fear Index(Sky), the second season of Armando Iannucci’s Avenue 5(HBO) and most recently, the final season of Top Boy(Netflix).
