On Tuesday, the day before his 38th birthday, he took to Instagram with a video of himself explaining what he has been up to since his acting career was upended due to his scandals.
The actor, who has not been working in Hollywood since the allegations were raised against him, told his fans that he got a new, 'tiny' hybrid car since he can't afford the truck anymore in a video he filmed in a CarMax parking lot.
