Ariana Madix's brother Jeremy arrested on marijuana trafficking charges in Florida

Ariana Madix 's younger brother Jeremy was arrested in Florida Tuesday, August 13, and charged with felony trafficking in cannabis.

The charges stem from an incident in February, in which Jeremy and another man, Jonah Ahad, were picked up by police after customs officers discovered three suitcases allegedly belonging to them that were stuff with more than 100 pounds of marijuana, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. Jeremy was arrested by the Orange County Sheriff's Office in Florida on August 13 and charged with felony trafficking in cannabis after customs officials at the Orlando airport reported two suitcases filled with bags of marijuana (Pictured in Beverly Hills in May) The actress, 36, who is starring in Chicago on Broadway, has not communicated with her brother in several months, according to Jeremy (Pictured in New York City August 1)
