Ariana Madix goes makeup-free after being hailed a 'transparent queen' by fans for coming clean on ALL her cosmetic surgery
The Vanderpump Rules star, 39, opted to showcase her barefaced beauty and glowing skin while running errands in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Paired with her statement piece, she sported a simple gold band on her pointer finger as well as a dainty chain bracelet and small hoop earrings. Madix has been keeping busy and notably took on hosting duties during the sixth season of Love Island USA — with the finale airing over the weekend on July 21. Following her appearance on Love Island USA, Madix will soon whisk herself away to the Big Apple to play the role of Roxie Hart in the Broadway musical, Chicago, beginning on August 1.
