Ariana Madix comes clean on ALL the cosmetic surgery tweaks she's had done to her face after triumphant Love Island season

Ariana Madix, 39, has officially come clean on all the cosmetic procedures that she has undergone - while also revealing the one surgery she has yet to do.

Ariana has been keeping busy and notably took on hosting duties during the sixth season of Love Island USA - with the finale airing over the weekend on July 21. Most recently, both Ariana and Katie Maloney have been sued by a former chef at their newly opened sandwich shop , Something About Her, per TMZ; seen in May in West Hollywood Following her appearance on Love Island USA, Madix will soon whisk herself away to the Big Apple to play the role of Roxie Hart in the Broadway musical, Chicago, beginning on August 1.
