Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney are facing a lawsuit after a chef claimed the Bravolebrities reneged on a business deal.

According to court documents obtained by ET, chef Penny Davidi is suing the Vanderpump Rules stars after claiming they didn't hold up on their end of the bargain on a deal she claims called for her to have 10 percent ownership of the West Hollywood, California, sandwich shop.
