Ariana Madix aims sly jab at ex Tom Sandoval after he sued her over explicit footage of Rachel Leviss

Leviss, who formerly went by the first name Raquel, filed suit against Sandoval and Madix this February for 'revenge porn, eavesdropping and invasion of privacy.' Now Sandoval has sued Madix.

Leviss admitted her moral failure and apologized for her part in the affair, but alleged she was 'a victim of the predatory and dishonest behavior of an older man, who recorded sexually explicit videos of her without her knowledge or consent.'
