At a recent ‘Wicked’ screening, Ariana Grande debuted a radical new wardrobe that could have been lifted from Elphaba’s closet
After months of channeling her Wicked character, Glinda, in a predominately pink palette (the Good Witch’s signature color), she surprised Us all with the debut of a radical new wardrobe that could have been lifted from Elphaba ’s closet. Grande’s skirt fell to the floor, but high heels could be seen peeking out ever so slightly: She wore knife-sharp black pumps with a toe so pointy, it could rival that of Elphaba’s witchy hat. With Wicked ’s press tour largely in the rearview mirror, Grande appears to be getting back to her sartorial roots, which, lest you forget, revolved around mostly black, beige and gray.
