Ariana Grande unrecognizable getting Glinda's crown fitted TWO YEARS ago in throwback from Wicked
Ariana Grande shared a photo of her first Glinda crown fitting from 2022 on Instagram. In the snap, she still had brown hair, something many of her fans may have forgotten.
On X (formerly Twitter), one fan remarked: 'That hair color suit her so much my god,' while someone else had the exact opposite reaction: 'OH MOTHER I HOPE SHE NEVER GOES BACK TO BRUNETTE.' The re-telling of Glinda and Elphaba's (played by Cynthia Erivo) absolutely dominated the box office on its opening weekend but before that Variety predicted that Ariana will not only be nominated for an Academy Award, but she will win it. She is expected to compete in the category with Zoe Saldana for her role in Emilia Pérez, Isabella Rossellini for Conclave, Saoirise Ronan for Blitz and Monica Barbaro for A Complete Unknown.
