Ariana Grande Slams ‘Hateful’ Messages From Fans After ‘Eternal Sunshine’

Ariana Grande asks her fans to stop ‘sending hateful messages’ based on their interpretation of her new album, ‘Eternal Sunshine’

“i just wanted to say anyone that is sending hateful messages to the people in my life based on your interpretation of the album is not supporting me and is absolutely doing the polar opposite of what i would ever encourage (and is also entirely misinterpreting the intention behind the music)…” Grande wrote via Instagram Story on Saturday, March 9. One day before, a source exclusively revealed to Us Weekly that the album tells “her side of the story” regarding her romance with Wicked costar Ethan Slater and divorce from Dalton Gomez. A source confirmed to Us at the time that the pop star and Gomez quietly separated after “having some issues for months.” Grande filed for divorce in September 2023, two years after they tied the knot.
