She celebrated her first-ever Oscar nomination in London with her Wicked costar Cynthia Erivo earlier in the day.
Earlier in the day she wrote on Instagram that she couldn't stop bawling her eyes out after being nominated for best supporting actress early on Thursday morning, but there was no hint of distress when she and Ethan headed out that night. The lovebirds' relationship took a new twist earlier in the day when Ariana became a first-time Oscar nominee for her supporting role in the blockbuster musical Wicked after the nominations announcement hosts — actress Rachel Sennott and her costar Bowen Yang — read her name. In addition to Wicked, this year's nominees for best picture include Anora, The Brutalist, the Bob Dylan biopic A Complete Unknown, Conclave, Dune: Part Two, Emilia Pérez, I'm Still Here, Nickel Boys and The Substance.
