Ariana Grande & Cynthia Erivo Are Legos in ‘Brickified’ Version of ‘Wicked’ Trailer

The new Lego version of the 'Wicked' trailer copies the original version, but in toy form.

If the full-length Wicked trailer had you hyped for the upcoming film’s release, wait until you see the brand new Lego version of the three-and-a-half minute clip that dropped on Wednesday (May 29). In the OG trailer, released earlier this month, Grande’s bubbly rendition of “Popular” then plays over scenes of the “We Can’t Be Friends” singer meeting Erivo’s Elphaba for the first time and swinging from a chandelier in their shared dormitory at Shiz University. The two characters then hold hands as they travel to the Emerald City together and meet Jeff Goldblum’s Wizard of Oz, during which the music in the trailer gradually shifts into Grande and the Harriet star’s voices harmonizing on “Defying Gravity.”
