Singer Ms Goulding decided to 'block' communication with Lord Goldsmith, 49, back in September after reports suggesting their 'close friendship' had been unhelpful for her marriage to art dealer Caspar Jopling. A month later, he began dating actress Nathalie Kelley, and it came as a surprise to friends when the romance came to an abrupt end soon after Lord Goldsmith returned from Cop 28 in Dubai, where he had seen Ms Goulding, 37. Either way, speculation ripped through their circle of high-society friends, some of whom saw the pair catching up after attending a dinner in Dubai's Goals House restaurant on December 6, and others saw them at a market together.
