Arby’s Hollywood Location Will Be Revived With A New Cuisine
The vacated site will change from roast beef to pizza, but the famed neon cowboy hat is staying.
The recently closed Arby’s on Hollywood’s Sunset Boulevard will soon become a temporary home to Prince Street Pizza. The pizzeria will serve Sicilian-style slices daily from 4 p.m. until 4 a.m. Customers can still park and dine at the cement picnic tables below the iconic sign, but there will be no indoor seating. Prince Street Pizza CEO Lawrence Longo gave a statement to KTLA on the switch.
