Attempts to download apps were unsuccessful for many users, although app updates were working properly, according to posts on social media. Apple’s system status page indicated the App Store was functioning normally, although it indicated there was an outage for the “Subscription Purchase” service starting at 11:02 a.m. “Some users are affected,” the Apple site says.
