Apple TV+ has given a series order to to “Widow’s Bay,” which hails from creator Katie Dippold. Hiro Murai is attached to direct the pilot of the 10-episode series in addition to executive producing. The official logline states the show is “about a mysteriously cursed New England island and its superstitious citizens, led by a mayor who refuses to believe their warnings.”
