Anya Taylor-Joy praises Mad Max stunt double as being like a 'sister' to her and says she is now 'one of my best friends in the entire world' before actress, 28, was seen struggling with her Louboutin heels in London
Anya Taylor-Joy has proved herself an adept all-action heroine, but could have done with the help of Hayley Wright, her Mad Max stunt double, after her Louboutins proved tricky on Friday.
Ms Wright – who has also worked as a stunt double for Jodie Comer, 31, and Amber Heard, 38 – has appeared in films including Wonder Woman, and Aquaman, and TV shows NCIS, American Horror Story and Modern Family. Her first big break came when she got a call-up to work with Cirque du Soleil in Las Vegas, prompting a move afterwards to LA full-time to pursue her career as a stunt artist. The actress – dressed in a vintage red leather jacket, black polo neck jumper and an unusual skirt which appeared to be created from several belts – was joined by her co-stars Chris Hemsworth and Tom Burke.
