A recent episode of the US version of Antiques Roadshow has left viewers scared to go to sleep at night thanks to a terrifying-looking Victorian porcelain doll

An episode of the US edition of Antiques Roadshow has left viewers completely freaked out, after an owner brought in a creepy porcelain doll dating back to Victorian times with an even more terrifying backstory. The doll - which was brought into the New Orleans site in near perfect condition - was appraised by antique expert Billye Harris, who informed the guest that the item was made in 1880 France by Leon Casimir Bru. But, while the doll itself gave fans the creeps - with many citing it reminded them of a horror movie character - the owner left viewers stunned when he revealed the history behind his item.
