Antiques Roadshow expert Wayne Colquhoun was left stunned by a piece of history on the hit BBC One show, as he was offered a football signed by Bill Shankly and other Liverpool players

The roadshow headed to Alexandra Gardens in Cardiff in the episode, where the experts were presented with numerous interesting items including unseen photographs of The Rolling Stones, a repurposed piece of silver jewellery from India and a collection of medals dating back to the Napoleonic War. Moreover, the woman had another ace up her sleeve - a football adorned with the autographs of legends, including none other than Bill Shankly himself, which clearly left Wayne itching to take this collectable gem off her hands.
