The popular night serum boasts L'Oreal's highest concentration of vitamin A, also known as retinol, a powerful ingredient famous for visibly reducing even deep wrinkles. As it contains a high concentration of retinol, it's always recommended to wear SPF the following day to protect your skin from damage caused by UV rays, reports the Mirror. A user noted, "I have been using this for a month and have followed instructions but I have had to stop using it as my face started to peel and became very red and it tingles when applying the product."
