Hosts Ant and Dec were forced to apologise after a guest swore live on air during this weekend's episode amid an hilarious blunder.
During the last episode, hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly surprised members of the audience by going to a live feed of their homes - where a celebrity guest had to change items in their room. A first look clip of the havoc, aired during Thursday's Lorraine, showed the Scottish presenter take a tumble and fall to the floor in the middle of department store, John Lewis, with the shop assistants looking on in shock. The long-running segment sees Ant and Dec give celebrities an earpiece and secretly instruct them to act the fool in front of unwitting loved ones and members of the public.
