Lively’s legal team dropped her emotional-distress claims after dueling reports said she both was and wasn’t.
On Monday, June 3, documents shared by the parties showed that Lively was dropping her emotional-distress claims against Baldoni. Regardless, it does seem like the thing that was initially reported on did happen in the first place, which makes the ensuing back and forth — like everything else with this case — totally unnecessary. As to whether Lively would be allowed to refile or amend her complaint to once again include emotional distress, Liman left that up to the legal teams to decide between themselves.
