It was revealed on Wednesday that the WAG, 33, served the England star with divorce papers because she 'just can't forgive him for what he's done to her'.
The documents were served to him 10 days ago, and MailOnline understands Kyle had moved back into their family home in Cheshire - but not into Annie's bed. Childhood sweethearts Kyle and Annie met in Sheffield as teenagers but the footballer has been embroiled in a series of sex scandals over the years. Annie, who was pregnant at the time with their fourth son, confirmed they had split two weeks later - and Kyle moved into a rented mansion near their shared home as he tried to repair their relationship.
