Annette Bening is set to star alongside Anya Taylor-Joy in the upcoming Apple TV+ limited series “Lucky,” Variety has learned. Per the official description, Taylor-Joy stars as “a young woman who left behind the life of crime she was raised in years ago, but must now embrace her darker, criminal side one final time in a desperate attempt to escape her past.” This marks the second major TV role she has lined up in the past few years, with Bening having recently starred in the Peacock drama “Apples Never Fall.” That show was based on the book of the same name by “Big Little Lies” author Liane Moriarty.
