Anne Heche's son Homer Laffoon has plans to sell his late mother's assets in order to settle $4.1 million in claims against her estate - almost three years after her tragic death.

Her eldest child, 23, was named the general administrator of her estate three months after her tragic passing at age 53 in August 2022 - just days following a car crash in Los Angeles.
