Anna Friel and Anna Maxwell Martin are set to star in a new BBC drama from 'Time' creator Jimmy McGovern.
Bobby Schofield (“Time”), David Threlfall (“Nightsleeper”) and Mark Womack (“The Responder”) star alongside Friel, who is known for her work on “Marcella” and “Pushing Daisies” and “Motherland’s” Maxwell Martin. McGovern exec produces alongside Colin McKeown for LA Productions and Nawfal Faizullah and Katherine Bond for the BBC. Director BBC drama Lindsay Salt said: “Jimmy McGovern is one of our greatest dramatists, and a master at writing about today’s world.
