Anna Delvey Slams ‘Dancing With the Stars’ as ‘Predatory’ After Elimination: They ‘Only Cared About Exploiting Me for Attention’
After being eliminated from "Dancing WIth the Stars," Anna Delvey claimed that the show was "predatory" and used her for ratings.
“I feel that the show so obviously used me to drive up the ratings, that they never had any plans to give me any chance to grow and only cared about exploiting me for attention,” Sorokin told NBC News. During the live episode, co-host Julianne Hough asked her what she’d take from the show after her exit and she responded, “Nothing.” She later told “Good Morning America” that her favorite part of the experience was being eliminated. Ahead of the season’s debut, showrunner Conrad Green defended the decision to cast Delvey despite her criminal past.
