Variety has set Anitta, Mariska Hargitay, Shonda Rhimes and Amy Schumer as honorees for the annual Power of Women New York event, to be held May 2.
Brazilian superstar Anitta, “Law & Order: SVU” star Mariska Hargitay, showrunner and author Shonda Rhimes and comedian Amy Schumer have been selected as the honorees for Variety ‘s annual Power of Women New York event, to be held May 2. The luncheon gathering, presented in partnership with Lifetime, celebrates the charitable work done by the Power of Women New York honorees, who will be featured on four separate covers for the April 30 print edition of Variety. Exclusive, curated gift bags will be given to honorees and guests at the event with entertainment, beauty, health and fashion products, from companies including Ouai, Supergoop, Davines, Elemis and Bombas.
