“Terrified for her children’s safety, Ms. Harmon immediately ran downstairs to determine to source of what she thought was a gun shot,” the suit claimed. Following Angie ‘s lawsuit, Instacart shared a statement with EW, saying, “Our hearts continue to be with Ms. Harmon and her family following this disturbing incident. On Wednesday (May 15), Angie and her daughters Emery, 15, and Avery, 18, appeared on Good Morning America to discuss the incident and its impact on their family.
