Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's son Pax, 20, is 'doing OK' one month after his July 29 accident and 'still recovering and receiving treatments,' a source tells PEOPLE.

After he was released from the ICU, an insider told PEOPLE that Pax "suffered complex trauma and now begins the long road of recovery and physical therapy." Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter in mid-August for a recently published cover interview, Jolie confirmed that Pax was recovering from the accident, but declined to discuss details. Additionally, the Oscar winner and mother of six — who also shares Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 16, with Pitt — expressed her gratitude for Maddox and Pax's presence on the set of Maria, telling THR that it "really meant to a lot."
