Angel City FC stars Sydney Leroux and Ali Riley will expand their social media series 'BFFR' into a weekly podcast distributed by AMP Media.
Angel City FC soccer stars Sydney Leroux and Ali Riley have teamed off the pitch to host the weekly sports and lifestyle podcast “BFFR” for Sinclair’s AMP Media. The series is an offshoot of the social media handle (@bffrshow) of the same name that Leroux and Riley have populated with videos, photos and humorous bits for more than a year — including one Instagram post explaining that BFFR stands for “be fucking for real.” “BFFR” will “continue its candid and engaging conversations featuring athletes and friends, providing an authentic, behind-the-scenes look into their lives, challenges and triumphs, building a space where female voices are celebrated, amplified and heard,” per AMP Media’s description.
